The ranges presented on this page are designed to give you an accurate starting point based on typical project scopes.
However, most media productions—particularly conferences, multi-day events, and branded content—require thoughtful alignment around logistics, coverage needs, and deliverables.

• On-Site Headshot Activation — starting at $1,500–$2,500
Designed for conferences, sponsor activations, and team environments. Scales based on duration, volume, and delivery requirements.
• Standalone Headshot Sessions — starting at $350/hr (3-hour minimum)
Ideal for smaller teams, executive groups, and controlled environments.
EXECUTIVE HEADSHOTS
Typically for a defined # group of usually 75 or less
